GETTING TO YOUR SEAT
ORCHESTRA

The Orchestra is down 1 flight of stairs. The Orchestra is accessible via an escalator or elevator. Please see a staff member for elevator access. The entrance is behind Row K of the Orchestra. There are approximately 2 steps between each row with a handrail on each step. There are 4 wheelchair locations: J141, J142, K101, K102.

WIRELESS LISTENING

Assisted listening devices and neck induction loop systems (requires t-coil) are available to borrow at the Audience Services kiosk. Driver’s license or ID with printed address required.

AUDIO DESCRIPTION AND CAPTIONING

Hand-held audio description and personal captioning devices are available to borrow at the Audience Services kiosk beginning 30 days following the official opening night.

RESTROOM AND WATER FOUNTAIN

Restrooms are down 1 flight of stairs in the lower lobby. Accessible restrooms are available via elevator — please see a staff member who can assist you. Water fountains are in the lobby and next to the restrooms in the lower lobby.
